Scientific background
I am currently working on my PhD in Neuroscience at the Department of Physiology, Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. Previously, I earned my master and bacheor degrees at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University. My background helps me navigate and extract information from the large amount of data we measure in our lab. In my PhD project, I seek to understand neuronal activity in mouse model of focal cortical dysplasia using voltage imaging.
Research interests
Neuroscience, epilepsy, focal cortical dysplasia, voltage imaging, calcium imaging, data processing, machine learning, computational modeling.
