Scientific background
I am a student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague, currently working on my diploma thesis in the Laboratory of Experimental Neurophysiology under the supervision of Jan Kudláček, MS, PhD.
Research interests
My thesis titled Detection of Epileptic Seizures in Video Recordings of Laboratory Rodents focuses on the development and application of deep learning methods for the automatic detection of epileptic seizures in rats. I have been testing the possibility of using Python packages DeepLabCut and VAME for automatic seizure detection. This work is part of the project Long-term Dynamics of Epilepsy.
