Scientific background
I’m mostly responsible for data management and sharing between EpiReC workgroups. This includes setting up systems for data recording, converting from proprietary to open formats, and utilizing multi-platform tools for analysis, such as Linux/Windows, Matlab/Python/C, docker/XenServer virtualization. I’m involved in the analysis of EEG, HDEEG, and MRI, PET imaging. I perform statistical analyses and data mining in various fields including genetics and pharmacology.
